Afternoon with an Author Webinar - Hosted by Maree McPherson

I was delighted to be asked to be the final speaker for the 2020 series of Maree McPherson’s Afternoon with an Author series.

During the session, we discussed the concepts of the reptilian and executive brain. How these are triggered by our self-compassion (or lack of), and how they impact the thoughts we have and the language we use.

We reflected on how coaching helps reframe language, connects with self-regard, and works on the executive brain.

I was interviewed about my new book: Leading above the line: Applying neuroscience to build psychologically safe and thriving teams.
