Michelle's
Training and Development Programs
I’m passionate about health and community sector professionals thriving at work, built on having access to best practice leadership, supervision and workplace culture.
As hard as we work to align clinical work with evidence, our health system often overlooks the need to align leadership, supervision, teamwork, workforce wellbeing, and workplace learning culture with evidence.
I have developed a unique range of engaging, transformative programs that meet the professional development learning needs of leaders, supervisors, employees, and teams.
These programs are informed by best practice principles, strong values and extensive experience working in the public mental health system, as a clinician, supervisor, leader and manager. They are backed by a significant evidence-base from clinical, neuroscientific, leadership, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and organisational development research areas.
Our workforce is enhanced by practical, engaging and evidence-based development programs that both support and assist them to build their capacity, skills, practical wisdom, and self-awareness.
My strength and reputation in training and facilitation is my ability to connect with people. I create psychologically safe learning spaces that help participants build confidence through deeper knowledge and practice wisdom, scaffolding and frameworks that make the principles easy to integrate. I love simple and easy to implement strategies and share these to make a tangible difference.
The programs are delivered in-house (in-person or online) or are available as public programs where participants enrol from a wide range of workplaces. The current programs include:
-
Professional Supervision Training
-
Leadership Development Programs
-
Self Leadership
-
Professional & Workplace Resilience
-
Psychologically Safe & Thriving Teams
-
Thriving Professional Women
Participants are not just blown away by the quality of the programs, they love the extensive resources and embedding programs that supports their long-term commitment to building their capacity.
These programs have been delivered to over 50,000 public and private health and community sector professionals, throughout Australia and New Zealand, and are increasingly including participants from across the globe.
