In thinking about the takeaways from 2023, we've been focusing on the powerful triad of learning, re-learning, and un-learning.

Reflecting on the past year, we've all experienced growth in numerous ways. We've been learning, gaining new knowledge and skills, enhancing our professional and personal lives. But equally important has been the process of re-learning – revisiting our existing knowledge and skills to refine or update them, in light of new information or changing circumstances as well as un-learning – letting go of outdated beliefs or methods that no longer serve our purpose or align with our values.

Celebrating Our Un-learning

Un-learning is as crucial as learning. It's about questioning the status quo and being open to new perspectives. In 2023, we embraced this concept, challenging ourselves to let go of preconceived notions, old and outdated thinking that no longer serve us. This process not only makes room for growth but also fosters a culture of open-mindedness and innovation within our practice.

The Art of Re-Learning

Re-learning is a vital part of our journey. It involves revisiting what we know and being open to seeing it in a new light and adding new dimensions to our knowledge and wisdom. This process not only reinforces our existing knowledge-base but also ensures its relevance in our ever-evolving world. In 2023, we embraced this adaptive learning approach, ensuring that our practices remained dynamic and responsive to change.

As we step into this year, we're excited about the learning opportunities that await us. Whether it's through professional development, personal exploration, or collaborative learning, we are committed to expanding our horizons and embracing new challenges.

We have a fantastic set of new programs on the horizon.

We are very committed to continue to offer our popular programs, and we’re deep in the planning stages of several exciting new projects!

We are diving into the world of online training, to help make some programs more accessible and at the same time taking advantage of the incredible technology that is now available. We are developing a series of self-paced online training programs and even a new book is emerging!! Too early to share, but we can say that these programs are in response to the feedback we are hearing about the learning needs of you and your colleagues.
