Michelle Bihary brings her wisdom of over 30 years experience to lead this powerful, practical and engaging online program where you will be surrounded by like-minded women with similar goals experiencing familiar challenges.

Over the 10 months you will gain all of the transformative skills and strategies to be the best leader to yourself. During this time you will:

  • Deepen your skills and understanding of self-awareness, self-leadership, self-direction and self-management

  • learn to lead yourself with your strengths and skills to amplify your potential

  • develop a range of practical tools and tips to deepen self-care and self-compassion

  • build confidence, autonomy and empowerment aligning with your own values and priorities

  • be able to apply yourdeveloping knowledge of how our brains work to manage yourself, your boundaries, your stressors and emotional triggers

  • have the opportunity to choose from flexible program option. These are available so you can choose to participate in the group program only, or opt for the additional one on one coaching from Michelle or one of her exceptional colleagues.
