Thrive & Revive in Supervision

Workshop Details & Registration

A one-day program for supervisors who want to bring genuine well-being practice into their supervision

Our work is very meaningful, yet the emotional wear and tear is high and takes a toll.

Well-being conversations in supervision tend to occur in moments of crisis or reactivity, rather then in a proactive way. The conditions that lead to burnout, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue and moral injury are well understood. The evidence for addressing these within supervision is compelling.

What has been missing is a structured, skills-based program that brings this evidence into supervision practice in a directly applicable way, without supervision becoming an employee assistance program or personal therapy.

The Thrive and Revive program addresses this gap. It equips participants with the knowledge, frameworks and practical skills to make professional well-being a genuine and valued strand of supervision. Rather than a one-off conversation, practitioner well-being becomes an ongoing, purposeful dimension of supervisory practice.

*This program compliments Michelle's professional supervision and advanced supervision programs but neither are required for attendance.

The expectation that we can be immersed in suffering and loss daily and not be touched by it, is as unrealistic as expecting to be able to walk through water without getting wet.
