Leading from Within: Growing Strong, Safe and Sustainable Leadership
Leaders, at their best, elevate everyone around them. They cultivate trust, clarity, and the conditions for people to thrive in order to help build resilient, values-aligned, and future-fit workplaces.
In the ever-changing terrain of healthcare and human services, leadership is not only about holding authority. It is about holding space - space for psychological safety, learning, respectful feedback, and navigating challenges with compassion and clarity without sacrificing your well being.
Do you lack in confidence and feel that you are not leading to the best of your ability and in a way that is aligned with your values and priorities?
Do you see the value of psychological safety in your workplace but are not sure how to really implement it to ensure your team feels connected and motivated through times of uncertainty.
Do you often feel burnout and would like to lead with more confidence, clarity and self-trust?
Do you feel alone in the challenges you face as a leader and would like to connect with like-minded professional women facing similar challenges in the workplace?
Responding "yes" to any/all of these points forms the heart of my 10 month practical and engaging Thriving Professional Women program.
It’s built for women working in both the public and private sectors in healthcare, education, disability and social services who want to lead with integrity, are feeling the strain of juggling complex and competing priorities, and want to feel more confident and resourced undertaking their role.
Too often, movement into leadership roles in the workplace are based on technical skill or longevity in that workplace and not because that person has the tools or frameworks for good people leadership. The Thriving Professional Women program exists to help you learn to lead yourself and those around you and connect you with others who understand your professional world.
This program is not just about managing others. It’s about strengthening your relationship with yourself, expanding your confidence, and learning to influence your workplace culture, from wherever you sit, without burning out.
Thriving is not a luxury; it is a necessity for sustaining purpose and impact in demanding environments.
